Are there any small teacup or "toy" dogs available for adoption weighing approximately 2-4 lbs.?

I'm Really Don't know! However, it's Best to go Down to The Babylon Town Animal Shelter & ask the Staff. It's a Very Clean, Well Kept Animal Shelter & I Really Do Recommend anyone to adopt a pet from them!!! 😃

Teacup highly unlikely. Teacups are bred by breeders usually and you have to pay $$$ for them. Toy dogs possibly. Definitely check them out. The people there are awesome! Highly recommended.
