my opinion is about this immigration organization. Some time ago this organization was recommended to me to carry out immigration transactions with my husband. During the process, I was communicating with the person in charge of preparing the documents and sending them. She is not a lawyer, but she does the steps and works with you. I and my husband gave him all the documents, we sent him the money orders to make the payment of the procedure and I communicated with mrs. Margarita Rodriguez who was in charge of doing these transfers. After making all the payment and giving her all the information, I called her and asked her if the documents had been sent and she answered that yes, I would not worry that there was no problem. She tells me that because of the covi it was going to take a while to receive an answer. Then the months go by and they continue to go by and it was strange to me that I never received anything. I call her and ask her the question and she tells me to wait a little longer. In all the waiting time, more than 6 months were made. I called her and she would not answer my calls, I would leave messages for me and my husband and she would never return calls. I proceeded to email her and she replied saying that she needed to fill out the documents again because they were wrong. he never gave me an answer as to why? I proceed to communicate with the director and explain the situation to her, who very kindly tells me that she is going to help me. To make a long story short, what had happened was that Mrs. Margarita Rodriguez had never sent the documents, nor the immigration payment. She had lied about telling us that she had sent everything. We are very disappointed as we have lost more than 6 months. our disappointment was the lie because we had placed the trust for being a catholic institution. Change with a lawyer of yourselves the lawyer Michael and he has treated us with great responsibility, good treatment and management. He sent the documents and in less than a month I received news.

The best place non-profit organization ever. Ms. Margaret helped with my father resident petition. She was extremely professional, kind and very understanding with even the language barrier with my father has. Thank you so much
