It has taken me a long time to write this review because I was hoping I wouldn’t have to. After several failed attempts to contact I am very disappointed and frustrated with this shop. I have called every day for a month and also have emailed. No where does it say that the shop is closed or on vacation. When you call the shop you get a voicemail that says they are open daily. Their website says “EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE” and I am not finding this. I loved this shop and spent many many hours in it but I am beyond frustrated and annoyed that there has been no contact for an issue that I am having. Hopefully I can change this review to a positive one if and when they reach out.

Great artist tucked away in the original “horror village.” Tommy Helm is amazing and very detailed. He did a piece replicating an oil painting that is a work of art. The other tattoo artists are great as well. Long reservation wait times, but that’s expected with the best.

Have been going to Kyle for a few years. Whatever challenge I throw at him (American traditional, Japanese traditional & realism) he completely blows out of the water. If I could rate it 6/5 stars I would. Highly recommend for anyone looking for smooth shading, crisp line work, and art that looks like it was printed onto a piece of paper. Always more than impressed with his work.
