Get a tattoo from Empire State. Those artists in there are NO JOKE. Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good. Talk to one of the artists...any of them...they're all sick!!
I would go in and discuss it with them. Realistically, any artist would need to see it first in order to advise.
