I have been helping my parents look for an apartment, and this complex came highly recommended from a family friend... We recently toured a two-bedroom unit at Bunt Commons 3 and it was beautiful! The property was clean and the apartment was very nicely maintained. It had two nicely sized, carpeted bedrooms, modern looking faux wood laminate floors in the common spaces, new appliances in the kitchen, and a nicely updated bathroom. The property manager Kate showed us around and she was very helpful answering all the questions we had, but it didn't feel like she was breathing down our necks which I really appreciated. She was very friendly, as were the couple of people we passed on the way in to tour the apartment. It seems like a nice little community. Whether my parents end up moving here or not, it was a positive experience and I just had to make note.

I have been living at Bunt Commons III for almost 2 years now. I absolutely love my apartment. It's quiet, the neighbors are great. I have my own parking spot! I love the fact that I never have to leave my apartment to do laundry! Such a plus!!! Central heat/air is great. The maintenance crew are awesome! They are very friendly & know their stuff! I would recommend any senior to check this place out!
