No, do not drop off feral cats. They should not be dropped off anywhere, they live outside, that is there home! Help them by getting them spayed/neutered.
No, the ARL no longer accepts ANY animals anonymously. Anyone looking to drop off a stray or surrender a pet must do so in person during business hours. There are other local nonprofit groups that would be able to assist you with information and/or options. Sorry, but unfortunately I can't help you any more than saying "Try Google," to find out more!
