I had a bad experience today the @animal rescue wanted my information before seen if I would even be interested in a pet. I asked if I could see the pets before giving my information and was denied from seen any. would rather keep my info

That's not a bad experience, that is them being causes and speeding up the process in case you do find a pet you would like to adopt. Your application stays with them for a few months, can't remember how long. So if you find a pet it won't take as long for you to be able to take them home.

Yes, they do require you to fill out an application now before you can even look at any of their available animals.
