Very common for kittens to get conjunctivitis. It requires a prescription antibiotic ointment to cure. It is contagious to other pets AND PEOPLE.
Please take your kitten to the vet.
You should call a vet and have her checked up or maybe they have a suggestion.

Many cats especially kittens born to strays carry a virus. Please get it professional care. If you cannot afford it, please do an owner surrender of both. The kitten needs it's mama as well as Vet care. Good luck.
Sure might be a bit sick but my cat has the same thing and she is fine
