How do relative/parent get a dr caring for a patient from this facility to call with updates with the outlook and care required from here during this pandemic since NO VISITORS ADMITTED!!!!!!

They have now lifted many of their restrictions, although, truthfully, they do a terrible job of communicating exactly what their visitor policy is. I found that calling every 15 minutes usually gets the job done. They get so sick of hearing from me that I usually get a call back. If not, I will continue to call you every 15 minutes throughout the day.
