I am not a Dr. Or a Lawyer but I do believe everyone not "in police custody" can check themselves out 'against medical advice' under normal circumstances. It may however be true that as a 'Public Health Concern' as she has a Very Easily Transmitable Virus they MAY for the safety of the general population, be asked to in fact hold her against her wishes. If she has Ebola Virus and refused the treatment they would ABSOLUTELY strap her down and let it run its course. Please consult a lawyer.
