Can I give birth at this hospital if my doctor doesn't deliver here?? And how can I make sure I have a water birth??

I would assume an attending OB can. You have to take the waterbirth class online or at the hospital and have your certificate with you on admission for waterbirths. I would transfer to Bootstaylor, See Baby, or the other midwife practice that delivers there to be sure your birth plan is honored. Some nurses read it and follow it and some don't. What ever you do, don't let the anesthesiologist name Kate touch you. Everyone else is really nice.
