I’m trying to log back into LIBBY on my IPad. I have been using this app to read books. I logged in (as I did before) but the program is telling me that the patron is blocked. Can you explain what has happened that I can’t log in any more..?

Hi Marilyn! Every three years, our system automatically blocks a patron's account to verify their information. Just give the library a call and they will fix it for you!
