I really liked this clinic. Dr. Miriam & the staff members were so sweet, caring & actually took the time to listen to me. Even better, they all, the 1's I had, had a sense of humor & knew how to make a visit easier. ALL DR.'S OFFICES, HOSPITALS & CLINICS OF ALL KIND NEED TO FIND A WAY TO BE LIKE THIS!!! The ONLY issue I had was I was given a choice to which of 2 of my most important medications I wanted to keep. I said it wasn't a good idea but I stopped 1 of the & not 1 of my Dr.s but 3 of them finally understood why I said I shouldn't stop taking that specific medicine. After my Dr. seen the video I had my my son take, she & I agreed that I needed to go to another clinic that would allow me to take all my necessary & important medications! This is also a great reason I recommend going to this clinic!! If it wasn't for this 1 issue, I would still be coming here! Thank you you for all for being so understanding & so caring of needs!!

I use to be really happy with this place. Its like since Dr Faccia left its gone down hill. I love the employees. I recently had my medications drastically reduced. Im waiting for a stimulator which is partially my fault for having to cancel the 1st 2 times for reasons beyond my control. Now they have a 3rd party doing their ins auths and im told my ins isnt wanting to pay because the new doc is not in network. I called ins and they have not even put in a request for the procedure. Ins said they could possibly get approval done if they applied, but they have not. I want to speak with the person responsible for this. Ive been trying to get this done since Feb. Covid-19 has not helped matters either. I do not want to find another clinic because I love everyone at Spectrum. Im glad Dr Banks is no longer with the clinic. If theyre going to reduce my pain meds they need to get this done!!!

This is a Great place to go to if u need pain management. The Staff are very nice. Dr. Bank's really listens to you and is so very knowledgeable also up to date on different procedures.
