I'm so glad that I can finally get the help for my migraines and my knees that I need, because I've been to alot of other doctors that refused to see me because I have headaches constantly that never go away. So yes I recommend this place highly.

First appointment I was in waiting room 2 1/2 hours. When I gave urine sample, there were 5 other patients urine samples in the wall box from earlier in the day. After seeing NP, I was scheduled for LESI in Brentwood in a couple weeks. Took off work, arranged a driver, NPO 6 hours prior. Upon arrival, they told me the procedure had been cancelled yet I confirmed 3 text messages for the appointment. Went to follow up appointment a week later, took off work AGAIN, confirmed several text appointment reminders, drove an hour to office for yet again another cancelled appointment. STAFF extremely rude and unapologetic. Horrible experience

Not sure. I suggest calling the office about insurance questions. I do know they accept several, but I can't speak to specific ones. That's better answered by office.
If your Dr is in Pain Management I would say, yes.
