Not pleased with the food or the service he here about a month ago was fine everything was great everything was perfect come back this time because hey give her another shot or have a good the first time so that was a big fat negative I was Ruben was soggy and the onion rings were way undercoat and onions were hard on the inside and also I asked for surf and turf and they said they didn't have it but then a couple in front of me ordered it and they brought it out to her kind of weird how one waiter said one thing but another waiter said they didn't have it plus then I sat here for almost 15 minutes before I got a sweet tea yet again after waiting plus our waiter was kind of overzealous don't know if I'll eat here again

If I could give a zero I would give zero Stars horrible customer service I ordered a plain cheeseburger and they sent me a burger patty on top of lettuce and then told me my Uber Eats driver took my buns and added lettuce to my food

This was the first time coming to this location. When we walked in, there were at least 7 tables that had not been bussed. We were greeted by a nice young waitress. The table top and the menus felt sticky and unclean, but that is my perspective. We ordered our burgers. She ordered hers without cheese and mine was to be medium rare. Both burgers were not done to how we order them. It tasted fine, I just like mine less done. So we finished our meals and paid. As we were leaving we noticed many of the tables still had not been cleaned, I will say there was someone starting to clear one of tables. Very disappointing visit. Probably will never go back.

I have been to Beefs many times bit not this one. This was the dirtiest resturaunt I've been in in a long time and it was dead. Several dirty tables when we walked in and the same there when we left. Nobody busing. The floors and menues were sticky and the food was just ok. Super slow service and there were only 3 tables with customers. Won't go to this one again.I took pics but no way to post or I would!
