Jack is very judgmental, talks down to you. Doesn’t listen to the patient. They said I didn’t have enough medicine showing up in my urine test. Tried to tell him I had been able to take it because I was driving and had several dr appointments because I was get ready for surgery. All but outright talk to me like I was selling or giving away my meds. I absolutely do not, and I also only take them when nothing else I do will help! He also has no problem talking about other doctors and their practice, find this very unprofessional. Stood across the room like I had something contagious! Seen some not so good doctors but he’s the worst! If you need help go somewhere else!

Outstanding! Front office staff is so efficient, friendly and helpful. The same goes for the nurses in the back. Dr Welker is Amazing, kind, easy to understand when describing the issues and procedure. He sincerely cares about his patients. I have seen Dr. Welker who reviewed my medicines and made helpful adjustments. His explanations were well informed and appreciated. My regular NP and nurse have been patient and kind. After suffering at the hands of the scofflaws at PainMD it is awesome to have reliable, compent professional care available. I have serious doubts about the motives of the unhappy reviewers. For honest quality care this is where to go.
