I have gone through those doors twice over the years The people were not rude They did want answers to questions as fast as possible so they can do the great job they are known for BUT never rude Thank you healthcare workers !!!
Probably the people they deal with but it shouldnt mean they have to be rude to you.
They are prob always stressed out, are paid poorly relative to the amt of work & hours they work (plus Vandy keeps cutting back benefits, employees, etc. every year) &/or hate their jobs (&/or lives). This doesn't excuse or justify anyone's rudeness though.
