Pitiful. Has the metro contract for trash pickup and we get skipped every week. Driver goes up 1 side of road and not the other side. Did he get lost lol pitiful I wouldn't use if last trash company in Nashville tn.

Red River drivers cannot Drive . I live in a culture sac and every other week I'm calling to have my trash picked up then a new person comes out and they don't get it either they get my trash on the neighbors left and on the right but in the car they just don't know how to get close enough to pick up my trash and I declare they're not going to get out like the older ones to get out and get my trash if I was you guys using them for anything up else but City pick up trash don't use them

it could be several reasons, if it was not out at the time the driver came by, a vehicle could be blocking it, you may have put it too close to the mailbox, or the driver could have just made an error. I would simply call them give your name address and phone number and they will send out a truck usually the next day to pick it up. it happens sometimes everyone makes mistakes
I'm no longer with Red River they are in the middle of changing location please give them a few more minutes please
if you pay the bill someone will come and empty your trashcan. if no one takes the trash away call the company and report your address as missed and they will dispatch someone the next day. make sure a car isnt blocking your can and that it is not too close to the mailbox or any other object that could block it or get damaged by the truck
