I just moved to Nashville and after having an awful experience with Ashley furniture someone in my apartment complex recommended for me to check out Nashco! Not only did they have the same exact couch I was looking for, they were able to get it delivered to me in less then a week, compared to Ashley furniture that changed my delivery date 5 times and changed the delivery from September to November. I don't know about Murphy beds, but I do know with the furniture you can pay an additional fee for delivery and assembly

Hi Debbie! It depends on which financing option you are using! With West Creek, there is a $40 initial payment and if you go over the approval amount, you would be responsible to cover that before delivery. West Creek is a lease purchase option with a 100 day payment option )only additional fee with this option is initial payment) and a 12 month payment plan. With Synchrony or Wells Fargo, we require tax and delivery to be paid for upfront but that would obviously come off the balance financed! I hope that answers the question but please let me know if you need anything else!
Hi Mr. Geris, as we have communicated, we’re very sorry there were issues with your products. We communicated with you throughout the entire claims process, and even though there were multiple issues with what we received from the manufacturer and delivered to you, we always took care of the issues and you have all of your merchandise now in good condition. Eight out of ten customers we see are referrals and returns, not only because of the experience in the store, but also because we help resolve issues to the best of our ability when they come up. Once again, I’m very sorry you had issues but all of them have been resolved for some time now.

Hi Madonna, I’m very sorry that the replacement we received and shipped today was defective. Everything that we receive comes directly from the manufacturer and is delivered still new in the box to our customers. We would never intentionally ship defective or damaged goods. All we can do is work with the manufacturer to get you non-defective goods and we will do that again with this new bed that we received. I know it is frustrating and believe me, it is equally frustrating for us because we have no control of defects or delays with the manufacturer and we want all of our customers to receive the products they purchase without any issues. We’ll be in touch Monday to try to get this resolved. I’m very sorry again for the inconvenience Ms. Huff, I also apologize for the delay in your replacement. With special orders, we do not have any control over manufacturer’s stock and unfortunately the pieces that needed to be replaced on your daybed were backordered for an extended time
