In cases like this It is best to transport the items yourself from the warehouse. I took my 2 very large bulky nightstands directly out of the packaging and the box in their warehouse and put it in my vehicle. If you do not inspect the item as soon as it unpacked at the warehouse I'm not sure what can be done. The reseller has very little liability once it is out of their warehouse.
