The Ladies of Charity food boxes are already allocated for this year (2018). The sign up is usually early in October.

I've been calling for almost a month trying to get assistance on a light bill which is now disconnected. How are people supposed to get in contact to get assistance if the mailbox is ALWAYS full and they don't have transportation to get there?

Ladies of charity is a welfare agency. They give out food clothes and help with mdha rent and utility bills. You can only receive those. One time a year. For rent and utilities. If you have a case worker u can go. 3 times a year and get food.
