This place is a pinnacle when it comes to customer service in Nashville. When it comes to music repair centers this is probably the best one in Nashville without question. They're without a doubt some of the most friendly customer service oriented people you'll work with. I know that this won't always necessarily be the case as I understand that how busy a company is and so forth will play a lot into how quickly they can get to repairs even under Rush delivery type situations, but I was absolutely floored after driving an hour from my home with a repair, paying for The Rush delivery and in the time it took me to basically go grab some lunch and drive back home I know sooner had finished my food and got the call letting me know that my equipment had been diagnosed and the problem identified and that the very next morning it should be just about ready for pickup. That kind of speed is worth every penny.

During COVID I left my Markbass amp at their shop. It was clipping at low volume, and distorted. After about 6 weeks, the diagnosis was a blown speaker so I asked them to replace it. It came back with a 15-pound heavier speaker that was not Markbass brand - so I asked them why they didn't communicate about replacement speakers prior to this? (For me the whole point of Markbass is the weight reduction?) 6 weeks later, I get the amp back with the proper speaker, and it still clips at lower volume. I want to add that aside from the time, none of this was cheap. I tried an active AND passive bass and messed with all other settings, to no success. Here I am here looking for another amp, while eyeing the now useless Markbass amp across the room. Seemed like a good time for a review.

Thank you for the question. We are currently offering curbside service only. Our hours for pick up and drop off are Monday through Saturday from 10 AM till 4 PM. All Technicians have their own office space and all practice cdc safety measures while servicing equipment.
