There is a petting zoo but no giraffe's. Why would you want to mingle with giraffe's? They are huge and super dangerous! I think there is a mingle with hippos section thought.
Im stating in animal kindom lodge right now and you can go with them
Tampa (Busch gardens) you can. The closest you get to them is on the Safari ride which if you are lucky can come up right to your vehicle. We were able to touch one because of this, but the chances of that happening is super slim.
You can at the Georgia Safari, you can feed them with your hands. :-) You can even feed Caribou.
The lodge is probably your best bet, but I don't recall any interaction with them.

you can take a safari ride, sorta like the zoo. but not mingle. you have to stay in the jeep.
If by mingle, you mean view fairly close up but do not touch then sure. If you mean become lifelong friends and text buddies then no. You can't feed them either. The Oasis Park in Fuerteventura offers the opportunity to hand feed them fruit and vegetables.

No. Unfortunately not. If you go to brevard zoo in Melbourne Florida you can feed them lettuce with there big long tongues.
Closest you can get that I know of is at the animal kingdom lodge where you can walk up to their enclosure. They get close enough for some excellent pictures but not to touch. There may be a behind the scenes tour where you can get closer but I'm not sure.
You can go to Busch Gardens in Tampa and feed them. That's about the only place I know of to mingle with them
