Parking is $22 per day standard. Yes, you can pack snacks. We did, and we filled a soft cooler with lunch which we placed in a locker. I don't know about transport from Disney Springs to the parks... They are quite a distance from each other.

Yes, i recommend a soft sided cooler, lots of water, and some snacks. My wife and I loaded two backpacks with about a dozen waters, and random snacks (granola bars, etc), worked well. $22 for regular, $45 preferred parkimg. Not surr how feasible parking at Disney Springs would be, seems like a lot of wasted time. Animal Kingdom has trams to drive you in, or its a 5-10 minute walk dependong on how far away you park.

You can park anywhere and take a bus all around the parks. They have buses everywhere and connecting routes to Disney Springs.
