There is quite a bit of motion in my opinion. You get lightly restrained on the "bike" along your back and legs. The 3D video definitely makes the "motion" feel more substantial.
Very little motion. Most of the sense of motion is the video effects. Simply looking away for a few moments seems to help if vertigo is an issue. It's really more like Soaring on steroids. Totally worth the risk, truly an enjoyable ride.
They are all the same, though the seats more rock than move around rapidly like they do on Mission Space. Still, it can be too much for those with bad vertigo.
