Why is it everytime a government agency asks you to check your stuff online you can't get into it. Mine gets stuck on the home screen and won't let me even log in. What is up with that???????? Pennsylvania Department of Welfare please fix this ASAP.

It worked until very recently. I'm not sure what they changed. Try it using "incognito mode"

The HOME screen has always been buggy. I was able to log in from my lap top and my phone. Do not log on from the home page. Click on person paying or person receiving support. Then login.
