They have been hard to get a hold of by phone lately. But I 100% believe the professionals know what their doing. And I think my health has improved since I was prescribed some new medications.

I had some trouble getting through my first couple months, they're super busy! But once I got in contact with Julie, things have been great. I absolutely adore Becky as my doctor so much so that I made her my primary care provider after my PCP of 18 years retired. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the LGBTQ± community to Becky. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and like an old friend.

cant get ahold of a single person at the facility. often calls me the wrong name even after i told them i go by something else. have had multiple issues getting my prescription and was told i needed to go to appointments and get blood work done every for months after i had already been on the prescription for 8 months. when i told them i didnt know that and i thought id get a phone call they said “thats not our responsibility”. how was i supposed to know all of that? i had an appointment set up for today that i made months ago and was told its remote but i never got a link for it, just an email saying i need to come to the facility which is over an hour away. tried calling dor the past two days and no one at the facility has answered the phone. i would go somewhere else if there was another place like this near me.

They only prescribe the medication, if you dont have insurance then you're going to pay out of pocket, retail price, for it. Which depending on how much you get at a time will run between $50-$120
