They are a paper tiger and the black people working there many of them are supporting radical ideas on race issues. Hispanic we cannot visit that place with a case because the case go straight to the trash. The good case is when a white male is harassing's someone black. Otherwise, your case never going to be serious in the Pennsylvania Human Relation Commission. Of course, with the State Representative that we have and with the County officials so distracted of course that white liberals with radical behavior in Harrisburg, never going to surrender the power to the people.

Pa is generally an at will state an employee can be terminated at any time. Unless it because of one of the protected classes the commission covers.
