I already have my medical card it's coming up for a recertification, but I want my doctor to change the medical part . He has that I can't purchase the buds or flowers, only the use of the vape. Can he change this for me?

Yes if he put a special request that you only allowed something he is and the only one who can reverse it..just say the vape is to strong And U want to make to try the flower because you've heard it's easier to manage your high or some bs..thats weird they put that on their unless you have bad asthma or bad lungs or lung issues never seen that exact reg but they can reverse whatever they did do..

Not sure I'll be much help, never even heard of such distinction in CT, just restriction on grams per month. I'd ask the pharmacy if this is normal and possibly seek a different doctor.
