Unprofessional and rude. I entered the Milford store around 5:45pm knowing exactly what I needed to purchase as I have been there many times before for scrubs. When it was no longer in the section it usually is, I asked the woman at the main counter for help finding the item in order to finish shopping before closing time to be courteous of their time. She looked at me like I had five heads, gave me a dirty look and stated that they’ve never had that item before with a rude and annoyed tone. Clearly she was acting this way on purpose so I would leave the store and she could go home. I quickly went searching while another woman was checking out at the register when she proceeded to turn off nearly all the lights in the store (still all before 6:00). Definitely lost my business today and moving forward. Unfortunate that the company is missing out on sales due to their indolent staff that are so clearly in a rush to leave before their full shift is even over.

One stop scrub shop! I needed one color scrubs and I am a difficult size but I got 2 shirts and a pair of pants in one visit. Scrub sizing seems to vary wildly by brand and style so it was amazing to have help from the experts! Better than guessing from online: comparing fabrics was a must. Staff was VERY helpful and when something aaaaalmost fit they did their best to find the next size up. Lots of variety if you're looking for fun scrubs or modern styles in solid colors, plus size scrubs, petite scrubs, tall scrubs, petite plus!! Also shoes, compression socks, nurses shoes. Will be back!

Went in after work around 5:40p.m. Trying to shop fast and I found a pair of pants and put them on the counter. I had the employee helping me find a shirt and about 5:55 p.m. an older woman that worked there shuts the lights off and just leaves ones over counter on! I asked the employee if she could ask the woman to put the lights back on where we were and I got a look to kill stare behind the mask from the woman! I politely said it’s 5:57 p.m. you close in 3 mins and she kept looking at me as the employee is still helping me! I said that’s very rude of you as you can see your employee is helping me I’m trying to make a purchase!!! She proceeded to say leave and don’t come back! So as I left my purchase on the counter because the woman was so rude and said that to me. I walked out and there was a lady looking at the time they closed and asked me if they were open. I told the lady don’t bother going in there she’s rude and ilia very unprofessional I left my purchase on the counter... the lady said ok thanks for letting me know I won’t be back!!! Very unprofessional to turn the lights off when a customer is shopping!!
