According to the pros on Reddit, lol: "second cut are generally smaller buds. Ofc some strains are small dense buds anyway but in general you won't get big nugs..." Another says: "first cut is the large colas, top colas, etc. Second cut is the popcorn buds small stuff etc. You get a higher quality product with the first cut."
