Amazing Station and Very Clean, Though you NEED a Parking pass or your car can get ticketed by Milford Police. The Problem Is That The Parking Person is Not there all day. If they're not there, maybe save the risk of a ticket and transfer to Stratford, New Haven, or other New Haven Line Stations. Please Also know that the Trains are usually 6 cars for M8 Trains, Only 4 of those cars will touch the platform. Overall, an amazing Station.

The sign on the building says ATM inside but the doors are locked. No restroom also. Why confuse people like this?

A station with no building to stay in which means if it is cold out you have to deal with the weather until your train arrives. Parking here is free on the weekend and there are seats located near the tracks. The station is located near bus stops; however, there is no food places nearby.

Yes, once an hour usually. Use Google maps and select transit when looking for directions. It will tell what trains are running near by or you can select when you want to arrive to figure out how to get there on time.
No there are no reserved seats on the train. Seating is first come first served. That said, do purchase your train ticket before boarding, either online or at kiosk at the station. You can buy tickets after boarding the train but they are significantly marked up in price.
If you don't have a parking pass for the lots adjacent to the train station, parking behind the Milford Library is your best option
There are two Enterprise rental near the train station. They will pick you up
Not usually. You're best off looking up and calling a taxi company in the area or getting an Uber. Every once in a while I see one there, but not often.
No only cash.
I believe that you're out of luck if nobody is there. I've only seen the booth staffed in morning during rush hour. There is free parking behind the Milford library if you have a Milford resident sticker. If you aren't a resident, there is free parking behind the tennis courts which are behind the library. About 5-10 minutes walk to the station.
Yes, but only open Mon-Fri in the morning until 10 or 11 am. Closed weekends.
For the train station, it depends on when you plan to park. Nights and weekends, the lots adjacent to the station are open for anyone to park, AFAIK. Weekday/ work hour times require a parking permit. There are reasonably priced pay lots ($5-7 / day or something) across from the train platform, on the South side of the overpass.
Is the train that goes to grand central station
About 6-7 miles away. You should probably take a taxi or the New Haven line bus service. Savers is actually closer to the West Haven train station
