I don't know if this was posted, so here it is again. I want to be sure Auto Zone and its consumers know this location and its employees are top notch! On Saturday afternoon, September 10, 2022, while driving in the rain, my driver’s side windshield wiper stopped working; I was practically driving blind and was scared to death. Someone I had stopped for help suggested the wiper arm might just need to be tightened and that I should go to an Auto Zone or someplace similar. I am so happy I did. I was expecting to have to replace the entire arm of the wiper but, as it turned out, the arm was loose, as was suggested. I found an Auto Zone on Bridgeport Avenue in Milford and was told they really don’t do anything like I was asking but the young man was nice enough to come out to look at my wiper. He must have realized I was in trouble. He went back into the store and got a tool, hoping all it needed was a tightening of the wiper arm, and it was – it fixed the problem. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t take anything. I want Auto Zone to know that it has a good and compassionate employee working for it, regardless of its rules. I wish I had gotten his name but kudos to him just the same; he knows who he is. Thank you!
