You can walk into SOCT wellness center and the receptionist will be more than happy to explain the process better than I can 🖒
Connecticut wants a Two Doctor's to approve. First Doctor writes a letter explaining cannabis will in prove your wellness. The second Doctor agree with the letter and does the Connecticut paperwork. $100 to Ct. $150 to the Doctor. This is every year.

You need a diagnosis from your states approved reasons from a dr or specialist. Then you need to set up an appointment with a pot doc, typical cost is 250. Last i checked, that office begins the state paperwork and provides you with log in info to continue and finish registration(i think another 150 or something) You submit that paperwork and in two weeks, give or take, you receive your card or a denial. But your diagnosis has to be on the approved list. Which i dont think your problems are but i could be wrong.
Go to Dr.Major in Monroe it's $150.00 to doctors & $100.00 to the state, but you must have something that's states you have ptsd
You need to see what every one calls a pot dr.
