It is fairly close to two separate Walmart's (the one at the end of Oren Brown could be walked to in 25 minutes. If your full of energy!). The main strip less than 1.5 miles away has supermarkets, restaurants, auto repair, Medieval Knights, nick nack stores, gas stations, Aldi, fast food places, electronic stores. About 15 minute drive away is Old Town which has slingshot, big wheel, and other fairground / amusments.
There are plenty of places to shop, within 15 to 30mins drive. Supermarkets, shopping centers w/ Dept. stores, an outlet.... Best thing to utilize is Google Maps. Just type in the property address and search the general area on the map.

Walmart's, publix, target. Loads of clothing outlets, jetskiing, restaurants galore, Disney, Universal etc.
