Place seems good so far stayed in a condo without the private pool. I would definitely get the pool next time. The pics make the pool seem larger than it is. Its actually small for a resort I can imagine it gets packed quickly. All the amenities are at the clubhouse and are nice but the reality versus the expectation was a little different. Still its kept up and the homes are spacious and nice overall

About 5 minutes to Walmart and between 20 to 30 minutes to Universal, depending on traffic, hour and the way you choose .
Hi Stephanie, our resort is made up of homes for rent as short term rentals. All guests who rent a home in Terra Verde Resort are free to use the clubhouse pool and all amenities!! Hope this helps! Thanks!
I believe the WiFi is on a house by house basis through the owners. Our house had a book that had info on the house including wifi and password
It is fairly close to two separate Walmart's (the one at the end of Oren Brown could be walked to in 25 minutes. If your full of energy!). The main strip less than 1.5 miles away has supermarkets, restaurants, auto repair, Medieval Knights, nick nack stores, gas stations, Aldi, fast food places, electronic stores. About 15 minute drive away is Old Town which has slingshot, big wheel, and other fairground / amusments.
