Heard the beach is only open to non-residents from 9-4. Do they kick you out at 4, or are you safe if already there?

Haven't been there at those times but I wouldn't doubt it. Once they put up that gate, you knew it was all about controlling who went down there and when. The farther down you set up, the farther down they have to trek to kick you out. Enjoy!!!
