Only service dogs as I have been polite to people to let them know when they are breaking the rules the ones who think they can break the rules I've gotten ticketed 4 times. But I'm in the train right now on my way to Fairfield Connecticut so you have nothing to worry about you won't run into me.

I believe only service animals are allowed. The path can be quite narrow and there aren't any good places for dogs to relieve themselves.
