Are there any public restrooms there at the high line?

There are restrooms on the southern most end. Not sure where else. Maybe the north end?

It's New York, are there public restrooms anywhere? We had to step off the highline and go into one of the restaurants and use their restrooms. Think there are however restrooms on the downtown start of the highline?
