The good side is beautiful and recommended.
As everyone said "all of it", a pleasurable urban experience.
All of it !
The entire span as told by carla sofia
The entire span of the High Line is worth seeing, enjoying and experiencing
I agree with Alex. It isn't too long. Also, western views are of the riverfront and eastern views are cityscape. The north terminus has attractions like the Vessel and the Edge whereas the southern terminus is in West Village and is more parklike.
Both ends are nice. I personally prefer to walk the whole thing when I visit.
I agree that all of it is worthwhile. The part of it near Chelsea Market boasts beautiful new buildings to look at mostly on the west side of the line.
All of it and it looks beautiful after sunset
START FROM 34TH STREET BY THE VESSEL, THEN WALK YOUR WAY TO THE END BY THE WHITNEY MUSEUM, THEN VENTURE YOUR WAY THROUGH THE CHELSEA MARKET, WAY THEY HAVE NUMEROUS STORES INSIDE ,SMALL BITES TO EAT , THEIR ARE HIDDEN RESTAURANT ALL AROUND THE HIGHLINE AND ALONGSIDE , THEN TAKE A LONG STROLL DOWN THE PIER, AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE YATCHS, STATUE OF LIBERTY, VERRAZANO BRIDGE, JERSEY CITY BEAUTIFUL WATERFRONT...
Be sure to visit at sunset in the autumn... you wont be disappointed...
I'm a Westworld HBO show fan, so closer to the Vessel you recognize the path and buildings from the series so it makes the experience even mor Fun, that area is definitely a sample of how the future could look. But I have to admit I like the whole thing as well. @Aventure.dos
