Hi, I have a stray cat that lingers around my home. I brought him in and gave him a bath because he was pretty muddy but I'm unable to keep him. If I bring him to the shelter is there a fee to pay?

I just did a live trap on a cat and she or he has already been tended to,I have the old cat in my apartment... I caught and I released the cat inside....
