You might want to check with OSU or Columbus State animal programs
Call Columbus Humane and see what they say .I'm sure they know of someone .Please don't let your dog suffer if you can not care for him or her you can relinquish your pet to Columbus humane and they can further his / her care and find a good home for your pet .Good luck and best wishes puppy !
