They have a new underground parking garage now.
I use the near by meter parking. A quarter ($0.25)for 45 mins. Park all day for less than $2. Garage parking can be validated for $5 members $6 non members no matter if you park for 1 hr or all day. There is a parking lot across Belle street.

Yes the have a new build tunnel parking and also there is plenty of parking on the side of cosi and cross the street from it.
