I put deposit and first months rent down. Never moved in or signed lease. 5 months later and still have not got my deposit back. She would not return my calls and now changed phone numbers and never at office. This place will be getting sued.

Not sure what the issue is on here. the apartments are fine. I've never seen bugs or rats of any sort and I have been here 2 years. No shootings or deaths that I have seen. Apartments are fine and 550 to 600 isnt bad for a 2 bed here. If anything its the town of Lancaster that is bad but the apartments are fine. I haven't had any issues that didnt get fixed quickly. Management has always been nice.

Disgusting , maintenance is terrible . my sink has been leaking a year .my husband seen a rat run through our kitchen and we had to call the property owner to get someone out here. random shooting at night ,someone died out here last summer . best thing I got is great neighbors . 2 bdrm is 605 and its worth 300 . do not move here
