Very professional and our engineer Justin went above and beyond to make sure we produced the best version of our tracks as possible.

From the greeting at the door I knew was going to be a great session

Booked an 8 hour session. Showed up and was told they were booked for the week? Bad business.

Cheapest room start at 110 an hour, 4 hour minimum. Comes with engineer
I believe Crossover Entertainment Group is what you are looking for. But they may be the only one in Atlanta fitting that mold. I couldn't say why there aren't more, we are a different business model as a recording studio.
No, as a studio we do not have producers on staff, only engineers. Producers do work here, but thy don't work FOR us, they are our clients or are here working with our clients. That said, yes, Zeytoven has worked here many times as both a client and guest. If you are trying to reach him we do not represent our clients in any way nor do we connect anyone to our clients.
The studio is simply a recording studio offering recording, mixing, and mastering, so no. A record label is a different entity altogether.
Sorry, the question doesn't make any sense so I can't answer.... best to call the studio. But we don't do anything by the minute... there is a 4 hour minimum for all bookings.
rates vary, but are posted on the website for each room by hourly (4-hr min.), 8-hr, and 12-hr blocks. http://11thStreetStudios.com/Rates
There are too many varibles, you should call to discuss.... hourly rates vary by room and there are discounted daytime rates.... you will probably have decent rough mixes when done that are fine for mixtapes.... true mixing & mastering is a separate process for a flat fee but again multiple options.... the studio does not sell beats, that's generally on you to find and bring beats to sessions, we don't like to get invoived in that process.... we can possibly connect you with a producer if you have a REAL budget, but it is up to them what they charge, I would expect well over $1000/beat if not $2k+... if you need cheaper beats than that they are out there, but we don't know them, so I suggest googling for beat licensing there are websites specializing in that.
There's 3 rooms. Visit the website for booking and availability. We don't book anything under 4hrs of time though.
Absolutely, check our CLIENTS page on the website (11thStreetStudios.com) for a partial list of some of our bigger guests, including Brandy, Future, 21 Savage, Young Thug, Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy, Travis Scott, Drake, Lil' Wayne, Keri Hilson, Ciara, Bruno Mars, B.O.B., 112, Ne-Yo, Nicki Minaj, Akon, and many more!
We do not discriminate... artists from ANYWHERE in the WORLD can come to 11th Street Studios and record. We have had artists from Africa including Nigeria, Benin, Senegal, Morocco, and South Africa, and would welcome many more. Yes, we can do afrobeats, afropop, and african hiphop. You will of course have to make your own travel arrangements and book studio time, see the website for rates. If you are referring to collaborating with our clients, that is not something that we set up, you will need to make your own arrangements. When you book a session, your session is private, and we only provide an engineer, everyone else in the room will be people you bring or invite, if there are any other artists here at that time they will be in their own rooms in their own private sessions and they will not enter your room nor would you be allowed to enter their room. Think if it like a hotel with private suites, but a common lobby, common kitchenette, and common bathrooms.
No, 11th Street Studios is not a YSL studio. YSL is a record label, and YSL artists have and do work here, as do many other artists, but there is no official affilliation with or ownership by any record label. Clients are simply that: clients. I don't believe there is such a thing as "a YSL studio" at the moment.
That's an extremely deep subject, and too broad of a question to really answer here. You should ask more specific questions for better answers, as it depends on what stage you are at and with situation you are currently in, but unfortunately this is not the place for such questions. Use Google and YouTube, there is a lot of information out there. The Donald Passman book is a great reference as well on the business side.
Hi Jeremy, we do not "have" any producers at all, we are a recording studio that provides engineers to run sessions, not a production company offering production services. Our clients are often producers, or artists who bring producers to the sessions. Finding a producer to work with and finding a studio to record at are often 2 separate processes. Good luck finding a producer, and you can reach back out to us when you are ready to record, mix, and master your project.
All rates are posted on the website: 11thStreetStudios.com. (see the RATES tab)
That is a difficult question to answer without knowing exactly what you mean... I could say yes or I could say no and both answers could be considered correct. A lot of artists and producers have worked in our studios over the years, and yes that includes Zaytoven. Has he been here recently? Sure! Is he going to be here this week? Probably not, but who knows. There is no predicting when any particular artist or producer will be at the studio, it all depends on bookings, availability, and what projects are being worked on at the moment. What artists and producers are in the building changes on a day to day basis, if you see our client list on the website you will know that they cannot all be here everyday, some we see a few times a month, some a few time per year, and some just every few years when they are working on a project. Every day is different which is what makes the studio such an exciting place!
