Honestly everything was great! Corey the front desk sales person at the front near the elevators is the best!! He was always friendly and brightened my day!! Great amenities, location, area, can't complain. You really do get what you pay for there and I couldn't have asked for a better year there. Thank you

This is an honest review of our first 6 months living here. The building staff has been nice and easy to deal with from the move-in process to any other needs that they can accommodate. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, all employees are very friendly and approachable. Facilities are nicely kept and always welcoming to guests you bring in. As far as the location goes… the property was built in an industrial zone, which is mentioned in the lease. A neighboring metal manufacturing business works around the clock with a break from 3 AM to 6AM. Aside from those hours (and weekends), the apartment building constantly shakes from the equipment they use. I’ve had to spend many nights away at other relatives homes in order to catch up on sleep.

The apartment is new and clean. The management is good too. Maintenance is always fast. Coffee is available everyday. Near to two supermarkets.

Been living here for almost a year and it’s absolutely incredible. Staff is super welcoming/helpful and amenities are top notch for the price. My friends come over and feel like they are on vacation when we go to the pool! Kudos to Blaise/James and the rest of the staff for making this a great living experience.
