When it comes to fairgate apartments It has completely fell apart. Can’t keep anyone in the office. So with no one in the office you can’t get ahold of anyone. We have no maintenance. Can’t keep any of those either. Landscaping ppl that come out do a horrible job cutting grass. Dumpsters look so horrible. Trash everywhere. Apartments fallen apart in the inside. Basements are getting moldy and that’s other tenants saying that out here. Something needs to be done. Obviously the regional doesn’t care bc Nthn is being done out here what so ever. We have elderly ppl out here that can’t even get the help they are asking for when it come to their home. Fairgate just isn’t the same at all. Corporate needs to do something about this.

This place has given me 3 move in dates and I got move in 3 one and time to get my keys and 3 hours before im yo be there they send text I can't move in because the appliances didn't come in but you had to know this before now I had my trailer loaded people waiting to move me move out of the place I was staying my furniture bed being delivered rental insurance changed over took of work .what am I to do.they won't and answer phone office closed. Don't do it a night mare

Great property great staff Ms.lori and Jamie are awesome in the office and when you come in the office it makes you feel like I would love to bring my family to live here definitely choose Fair Gate Apartments to be the next place you live and great price for 2 bed room town homes !!

Don't believe they have one bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are 885 the last time I checked.

Unfortunately not all have AC and that is why those are the least expensive. In regards to the windows put in a work order. They will give you screens as well as put locks on the windows
