I would give this dump zero stars if possible. I live in the Eastgate neighborhood which is adjacent to this apartment complex. We are constantly terrorized by some of the tenants of these apartments who break into our homes and cars. Other than the older residents, it appears to be nothing but a den of thieves who constantly rip off our modest, working class neighborhood. This place must have no vetting process whatsoever and certainly doesn’t care about their community as long as they are getting their government subsidy check.
