Great people, affordable apartments

When I lived here we had issues frequently with things being broken. The door rarely locked like it was supposed to. When the new owners purchased the building they hiked our rent by almost double but made no changes to the units we were in. Just paid to update the vacant units. I eventually moved and cleaned my apartment out but they entered prematurely then refused to refund my security deposit because I hadnβt finished moving an entire week before my lease ended. Would not recommend this place.

Since these reviews are old, I thought I'd add one. This place is definitely not the Hilton, but I feel like the danger-to-price ratio is very good - it is after all in the City of Bexley. I've been here since summer and I've never felt unsafe at any time of day. It always smells like weed and there are occasional roaches. Management will have your unit sprayed for free, and if you're too lazy to move your furniture like I am you can do it yourself for like $15. I probably see 5 a week - good enough for me. The new management are engaged and responsive. Maintenance is good, however wait times are long as they are stretched thin. This is affordable housing, so if you're easily spooked or naive you should probably pay more to be elsewhere. Overall, I'm happy, it is slowly improving, and I hope the rent stays low enough for it to be worth renewing the lease.

I used to live here in 2003-2004 and I am shocked. The first thing you'll notice when you walk into their 925 building is the over powering smell of dung. I am not exaggerating, please visit for yourself. Its dirty un kept and the worst part is the horrendous price their charging people. 550 dollarsπ² these are slumlords no doubt. My biggest concern is where is code enforcement; these people I guarantee pay bexley taxes and aren't being treated fairly by either the city of bexley or Columbus. I think this place needs to be closed down and the people reimbursed any funds they've ever paid.
