Very nice apartments, nice people, office staff changes and so does maintenance but most everyone has been great. Today, I was very disappointed to see a bed bug in the hallway. I’m sure they will get pest control out but they probably are going to have to do apartment walk throughs and treat washers and dryers. To see one in hallway could indicate a huge problem, and everyone shares washing machines. Hope pest control comes soon. A major infestation could ruin this place and some older folks could lose everything.

I have lived at Parsons Village for 5 years. I have never had roaches or any pests. There are two different buildings. If there are bugs in someone's apartment, someone must be bringing them in with their belongings. Walls are thin that's the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it is nice and peaceful.
